Customer is solely responsible and liable for any and all access to and use of the Services (including all activities and transactions) by any Authorized User and/or User ID registered under Customer’s account. It is Customer’s responsibility, through its systems administrator Authorized User, to set the appropriate access for each of Customer’s Authorized Users. 

2. We reserve the right to disable user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.

 3. Pornography, nudity, sexual images child pornography content, racist or violence-glorifying works, instructions to criminal offences against public peace, and any kind offensive images or videos are prohibited. Copyrighted materials are also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without User notification. This list is not conclusive. 

4. Customer will immediately notify us if Customer notices any activity indicating that Customer’s account or data is being used without authorization, including: (a) Customer has received confirmation of an order or orders placed using Customer’s account which Customer did not place or any similar conflicting report; or (b) Customer becomes aware of any unauthorized use of any product or service related to its account(s). 

5. Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site,ads007.com – is under no obligation to become involved

6. We committed to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise. 

7. You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials (“Content”) posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are entirely responsible for each individual item of Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the Service.
